Description
The Diesel Engine Concrete Pump is specially designed according to the characteristics of floor heating construction. It is suitable for floor heating engineering in the packed bed of fine stone concrete or mortar filling layer of large area, high efficiency construction, it can also be used in the construction for fine stone concrete or mortar conveying.
Main Features
1. High work efficiency
Adopting hydraulic pumping system with high reliability and stable conveying capacity. It can be used in constructions such as guniting, filling, grouting, pumping etc.
2. Continuous and adjustable spraying
The variable piston pump is adopted as the main oil pump, whose spraying speed can be adjusted freely (the maximum regulating variable switchover times is no more than 16 times/ min).
3. Continuous and adjustable feeding for the accelerating agent
It can be adjusted infinitely according to the spraying amount.
4. Long service-life quick-wear parts
The service-life of the quick-wear parts for the machine is not less than 4000M3.
5. The self-lubricating system
The main sealing parts adopt automatic lubrication, grease filling amount and filling time can be controlled automatically, which greatly prolongs the service life of the quick-wear parts.
6. Humanized design
Adopting the drive-by-wire handle, easy for operation.
